CampSuite

CampSuite replaces the notebook. It lets campsite operators see all their bookings in one place, know who is arriving today and never double book a pitch again. Built specifically for the outdoor hospitality industry, it handles bookings, availability, guest communications and day to day operations.

I built CampSuite because I saw an industry still running on paper diaries and spreadsheets. The tools that existed were either over engineered enterprise software or barely functional booking widgets. CampSuite sits in the sweet spot: powerful enough to handle complex operations, simple enough that if you can use a smartphone you can use this. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

It is completely free for CL/CS sites with up to 5 pitches, with optional online booking and payment processing via Stripe. No technical expertise needed, no monthly fees for small sites, and it works the way campsite owners actually work.

HR Tech SaaS

Crocodile

Crocodile is all in one HR software for small businesses. It gives growing organisations everything they need to manage their people properly: holiday and absence tracking, employee databases, document storage, self service portals, expense management and performance tools. There are mobile apps for iOS and Android and the whole thing is built for UK employment law from the ground up.

The founding team is split between HR professionals who understand the advisory side and me on the sales and technical side. That combination means the product is shaped by people who actually know HR and built by someone who knows how to make software that works.

Pricing starts at around a pound a day per employee with no hidden fees. Over 3,500 businesses already use it and there is a 14 day free trial with no credit card required. It is proper HR software at a price that small businesses can actually justify.

Lavida

Lavida is your passport to overseas property. It is an end to end guide for international property buying, helping UK buyers navigate everything from relocation and second homes to fractional ownership and property investment. The service covers foreign mortgages, legal processes, currency exchange and finding the right agent in the right location.

We work with vetted, accredited agents primarily in Spain and partner with established financial advisors to make the whole process straightforward. Whether someone wants to relocate permanently, buy a holiday home using their existing equity, or invest in overseas property, Lavida simplifies what is usually a complicated and stressful experience.

I am involved in Lavida as an advisor, consultant and minority stakeholder, helping with the technical and commercial direction. The business is built on trust: every agent in the network has been properly vetted and every client gets genuine, expert guidance rather than a hard sell.

RealCube

Before CampSuite, Crocodile and Lavida, I co founded RealCube in 2010. It was a SaaS estate agent platform that I designed, developed and built from scratch. It grew to serve the second largest estate agent in the UK, handling over 1,000 daily users across a 204 office operation, running seven days a week.

I exited the business in 2013 to focus on new ventures, leaving a strong team in place to continue running and developing the platform. The system still operates today. RealCube taught me everything about building products at scale, hiring teams (we grew to 12 people), managing cloud infrastructure and what it really means to have thousands of people relying on your code every single day.
